Our stay at Imperial was absolutely fantastic! The room was immaculately clean, with plush towels and cozy bathrobes that made us feel right at home. The heated floors were a delightful touch, keeping us warm and comfortable during the chilly winter nights. The attention to detail in the room's design was spot on, matching the pictures perfectly. Ms. Gabriela's warm smile and delicious breakfast spread set the perfect tone for our mornings. The complimentary wine and flowers were a lovely surprise that added a special touch to our stay. The added safety measures like the sanitizer carpet and hand sanitizers at the entrance were reassuring in these times.We also appreciated the modern amenities, including the flat-screen TV with Netflix, free toiletries, and even toothbrushes with toothpaste provided. The soundproof rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep, and the included buffet breakfast was a delicious start to our days.
